Mr Harvinder Singh is the founder and proprietor of IBM Tour & Travels.
He started the organization in 2001 and is responsible for the overall management of the Firm. He is based partly in Dubai and partly in Jalandhar. Under his leadership and vision IBM Travels has become one of the largest Manpower recruitment companies in Northern India.

He looks after the New customer Acquisition and Deepening existing relationships and is experienced in conducting the client interviews, providing them the suitable candidates as per their requirements.
