To initiate an official overseas recruitment from India, a foreign employer must register itself under the Indian Embassy by submitting all the required documents and thus generating a FE (Foreign Employer) log in identification number and a password. IBM Tour and Travels is registered with Indian Embassy with RA number: RA 6224 which will further help you to process documentation for official overseas recruitment. The Foreign Employer, through the Log in ID and password can access the Government of India website, www.emigrate.gov.in, and raise a demand in favor of IBM Tour and Travels. Once a Foreign Employer raises a valid demand as per the above-mentioned process, we at IBM TOUR AND TRAVELS Services receive an email from the Government of India about the demand raised in our favor. We acknowledge the same and initiate by sourcing the candidates.
Further, as per the Indian law, the Foreign Employer needs to execute three documents in the favor of the Recruiter IBM TOUR AND TRAVELS Services.

Documents Required

Business Power of Authority

To authorize IBM TOUR AND TRAVELS Services to represent in various Government Departments and Consulates/Embassies of the respective countries on the behalf of the Foreign Employer.

Demand Letter

To fulfil the demand of the Foreign Employer as per their requirement. A Foreign Employer can mention additional terms and conditions as per their company policy in the Demand Letter.

Employment Contract

The contract between the foreign employer and the candidate as per the terms and conditions of the Demand Letter.

Trade Test of Candidates

Being in the field for more than 20 years have enabled us to extend our services to scrutinize the candidates by conducting the trade test. IBM Test and Trade Centre has all the equipment and machinery required for the trade tests in the house and a dedicated team of experienced engineers and foremen who carry the expertise to conduct the practical tests according to international standards. IBM Test and trade Centre has the sufficient capacity to test over 200 candidates in a day which has enables us to save the important time for the client as well as the candidates by simultaneously carrying out Trade test for a number of candidates. We provide the testing equipment’s for over 20 trades including Scaffolding, Rigging , Carpentry, Block mason , Plaster/tile mason , Steel fixer, welding , painting , tracks for Light and Heavy Drivers etc.
